Kyrkeby Potatoe Vodka Distillery— With a royal privilege to distill spirits since 1771, no less. It is a living industrial museum with a rich storytelling tradition. This year, we can also shopping in the farm shop where we sell our products for those who attended the guided tour of the distillery.

Welcome on a guided tour at Kyrkeby Potatoe Vodka Distillery. Our guides share the history, stories, legends, and folklore associated with the distillery.
The tour also includes stops where short films with English subtitles in which the restoration team explains and demonstrates the production process—as this is a living museum. Using the old equipment with at steamengine from 1860th. that runs the beltdrive that where common duing late 1900th century. Once a year ( after the potato harvest), the restoration team fires up the steam boiler; the old steam engine slowly sets the historic machinery in motion to distill potato spirit using traditional methods.
During July, the distillery offers guided tours at 2:00 PM on Wednesdays and Sundays in Swedish. During 2026 we also offer 4 occations when we offer the tour in english. well... swe-english as we say.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours. You may want to bring a sweater, as it can be chilly in the old buildings
